What do I do if I need repairs?

If the problem is a non-emergency repair please contact us during business hours at (888) 876-5982.

If this is an emergency situation, such as a broken pipe or heating failure after hours, shut off the affected device and try to contact our office. Please leave voicemail if we do not answer so that we are aware of the problem. Be sure to give us your name and address and a description of the problem. If we are unable to answer your call and you cannot wait until the office is open, please contact an approved vendor from the approved vendor list.

What do I do if there is a broken pipe?

Shut off the water at the main valve, usually located near the water heater, and contact our office. Be sure to give us your name and address and a description of the problem. If we do not return your call within an hour, contact an approved vendor. Keep all receipts and submit for reimbursement.

What do I do if there is a heating failure?

Set thermostat to lowest setting to shut off heater and contact our office. Be sure to give us your name and address and a description of the problem. If we do not return your call within an hour, contact an approved vendor. Keep all receipts and submit for reimbursement.

What do I do if there is a gas leak?

Get out of the house immediately. Do not operate any electric switches, phones or devices that can create a spark. Leave doors and/or windows open to allow gas to escape and reduce risk of explosion. Contact the gas company from a neighbor's house or use your cell phone outside the house. Contact us as soon as possible.

What do I do if I have a clogged drain

Clogged drains are your responsibility, unless they were clogged when you leased the property. If you discover a clogged drain when you move in, please contact us to have it cleaned.

Cable/Satellite dish

You are responsible for having cable or satellite service installed at your residence. Satellite dishes must not be mounted to the building. Please request the installing service to use a pole mount if there is not one already present at the location. We will maintain any existing cable lines inside the building.

If you wish to add cable to rooms without wiring we recommend you contact Centurylink and ask about the Prism cable service.
